How It All Began

NutriDense started shortly after I finished university and moved back home.

I've always been someone who questions things. If everyone says something is good, I usually want to know why. But one thing I never really questioned was the food I was eating.

Like most people who train, I was drawn to anything labelled "high protein" and "low calorie". It seemed like a no brainer. But one day I started properly looking at the ingredients and some of these products had ingredient lists longer than my university dissertation! I realised I was paying loads of money for food that barely resembled actual food.

From then on, I knew change was needed.

Time For a Change

I started clearing out the cupboards at home and replacing foods with simpler, more natural alternatives - not that my family appreciated this and to be fair looking back, I probably went a bit overboard. But I was determined to make this change.

Over time, they started coming around too. We all became more aware of the choices we were making and how food can either support our health or work against it.

But while things were changing at home, the bigger problem was still there.

Growing up in a working-class area, I saw firsthand how difficult it can be to eat well when money is tight. The cheapest options are usually the most convenient, and healthier choices often come with a bigger price tag. It felt like people were being forced to choose between affordability and nutrition.

That's what gave me the idea for NutriDense.

Time To Get To Work

I wanted to make natural, nutritious food that was convenient, affordable and ready to eat. Removing all the complicated diets and gimmicks - just real food that helps people feel their best.

When the first orders started coming in, it was incredible to see people making positive changes to their eating habits. That's when I knew I was onto something. But I kept thinking I could do more and make it even more convenient for people.

So in 2025, I made the decision to take NutriDense in a different direction.

The more people I spoke to, the more I realised that busy professionals were facing the same challenge. They wanted to eat better, but long hours, meetings and stress often got in the way.

So instead of expecting people to come to NutriDense, I decided to take NutriDense to them.

NutriDense Now

I started delivering breakfasts directly to offices for meetings, events and workplace gatherings. Staff could fuel themselves properly at the start of the day, instead of grabbing something unhealthy or skipping breakfast.

Today, I provide breakfasts for offices and events across London, helping teams start their day with food that's nutritious, convenient and actually enjoyable to eat.

The business may have evolved, but the mission hasn't changed: making good food easier to access for people who want to feel better and build healthier habits.

Here comes a change you wouldn’t expect. After spending time volunteering at an animal shelter in Turkey, I found myself thinking differently about what I wanted NutriDense to represent. I want it to be a company that is for the community. I am already helping people change their daily habits, so what can I do for animals?

NutriDense CIC

That is why now, NutriDense is a CIC. Now, we make contributions that go towards supporting dog rescue work in the UK, from treatment and rehabilitation to the rehoming of dogs.

So each breakfast that NutriDense produces, you can fuel yourself the natural way while also giving a dog a second chance. You could say that we are more than just a breakfast service.

So, could your workplace do with some real food to start the morning?
